2. When in use, start the machine and let it run for 1 to 2 minutes first. Then, slowly add the raw materials to the feeding port. When about one handful of raw materials can fill the ring groove of the screw shaft head, stop feeding and conduct friction preheating. Feed materials only when the temperature of the die head rises, the pressure inside the die cavity increases, and the spray holes start to spray. 4. When it is found that the spiral groove is blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. After stopping the feeding, continue to run for a while until there is a burnt smell before stopping the machine. This can prevent the nozzle and the spiral shaft sleeve from seizing. In case the nozzle or the spiral shaft sleeve gets stuck and cannot be removed, do not strike or smash it hard. Instead, remove it from the machine body, burn it in the fire for a while, and then it can be taken off.
5. When the formed products cannot be sprayed out from the spray holes at the beginning of the operation, it is often due to the excessively high temperature of the nozzle. The reasons are that the raw material is too dry, there are foreign objects in the spiral groove, or the feeding is interrupted. The cause should be found and the fault eliminated according to different situations. After the operation is completed and feeding is stopped, let the machine idle for 1 minute to discharge all the materials inside. Then stop the machine.
