Products Description
This production line represents an innovative application of twin-screw extrusion technology. Using plant starch as the main raw material, the equipment completes gelatinization and foaming forming via a twin-screw extruder to produce fully biodegradable ultra-light starch-based foam pellets (starch bubble pellets).
No foaming agent is required during the whole production process.
The finished starch foam pellets serve two major markets:
✅ Children's DIY educational toys (Sticky Corn / Magic Corn / DIY Corn Beads). The pellets stick to each other with slight moisture, and can be cut, squeezed and shaped freely for creative play.
✅ Protective packaging void fill. They flow freely to fill gaps evenly around goods, offering reliable shock cushioning for high-value and fragile products.
