Targeting the energy supply characteristics of different target markets, Mingde Machinery tailored exclusive heat source solutions for the two production lines. One production line adopts a fully electric heat source design, with both the steaming and frying machines powered by electricity, eliminating the need for gas pipelines or steam facilities. This allows for more flexible layout, environmentally friendly and low-noise operation, perfectly suited for regions with stable power supplies. The other instant noodle line uses a steam + gas hybrid heat source configuration. The steaming machine is equipped with a dedicated steam generator, using steam heating to ensure even heating of the noodles, locking in their elasticity and texture. The frying machine is equipped with a high-efficiency burner, using gas heating for rapid heating and high thermal efficiency, aligning with the energy advantage of readily available gas resources in some regions.

Currently, the dough pressing machines for two instant noodle production lines are fully assembled and ready, and the core processing component-the dough box for the fryer-has also been installed. The steaming and frying machines are entering the final installation and commissioning stage to ensure rapid production after delivery. In terms of material selection, the main body of the production line uses 201 stainless steel, balancing structural strength and cost control. The dough box and key transmission chains, which come into direct contact with the dough, are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is acid and alkali resistant, rust resistant, and strictly complies with food production hygiene standards, avoiding the risk of material contamination from the source.
