Twin-screw extruder
The twin-screw extruder is the core equipment of the entire production system.Under high temperature and high pressure environment, raw materials are fully cured and extruded. After being discharged from the custom mold, the materials expand instantly to present various regular shapes.
After puffing and shaping, the semi-finished snacks enter the drying and baking equipment to remove excess moisture, enhance crispness and prolong shelf life.Then, through the seasoning drum system, various flavors are evenly coated on the surface of snacks, including sweet, salty, spicy, barbecue, cheese and other customizable tastes.
After uniform seasoning, the finished snacks are naturally cooled by the conveying system, and then sent to the automatic packaging machine for sealed packaging.
