It can be made into crispy corn, duckling, tortilla, rice crust and other shapes through a cutting machine, which is suitable for the needs of food machinery. After cutting and forming, it needs to be fried, seasoned, cooled and packaged. This is a complete fried puffed snack production line.
The Fried Bugles Snack Machine output can range from 100kg/h-1 ton/h, and different solutions can be customized according to the output required by the customer.
Ⅱ Core process flow
1 Raw material processing, the main raw materials are corn flour and starch, etc. After placing an order, we will provide a precise formula
2 Extrusion puffing, our twin-screw extrusion technology can make the raw materials puff quickly under high temperature and high pressure, and the shape and size of the mold can be designed to determine the product shape
3 Cutting and forming, some shapes such as duckling, small fish, bugle, tortilla, and rice crust need to be cutter-shaped.
4 Frying and baking process
We can customize continuous fryers or non-continuous fryers (semi-automatic fryers) according to the customer's budget to make the product taste crispy.
Or use hot air instead of frying, which is suitable for market demand
5 Seasoning process

After baking or frying, snacks need to be sprayed with oil and seasoning powder. The product and seasoning powder need to be evenly mixed to be more delicious.
6 Cooling and packaging
After the product is cooled, it can be packaged
