Raw Material Mixing System
Mixing Machine: Mixes starch (corn/cassava), animal protein, glycerin, colloids, pigments, and other raw materials with water according to the formula, ensuring uniform material consistency and adequate plasticity.
Screw Feeder: Conveys the mixed materials of two different colors/formulas to the hoppers of two extruders respectively. The feeding speed is adjustable to prevent material from being carried away.
Double Screw Extruder System (Core)
Two single-screw extruders: Independently controllable temperature, speed, and pressure, extruding materials of colors A and B respectively; the barrel uses precise water temperature control (40-150℃), suitable for the low-temperature curing process of dog chews.
Two-Color Co-Extrusion Die: A special flow channel design combines the materials extruded from both extruders at the die head, fusing them according to a preset ratio/pattern to extrude a two-color integrated chew blank, enabling striped, sandwich, and two-color twisted shapes.
Rotary Cutting Device: Installed at the front of the die, a motor-driven cutter rotates, cutting the continuously extruded blank to a set length with a clean cut.
Cooling and Conveying System
Air-cooled Water-cooled Cooling Conveyor: 6-8 meters in length, for rapid cooling and shaping, preventing product deformation and adhesion, and preparing for subsequent cutting and drying.
