The whole set consists of raw material mixing unit, twin-screw extruder, special twist forming machine, continuous frying machine, automatic de-oiling machine, seasoning roller and cooling conveyor. All food contact components are food-grade 304 stainless steel with seamless arc design. Equipped with PLC touch central control and independent frequency conversion motors for each unit, it realizes separate single machine operation or full-line synchronous linkage. Temperature, speed and material puffing level are adjustable to stabilize finished product size, crispness and flavor.
