I. Production Line Composition:
Raw Material System → Extruder → Vibrating Screen → Pneumatic Conveyor → Oven → Elevator → Seasoning → Cooling Conveyor → Packaging
II. Process Flow:
A complete production line typically consists of several major sections:
the raw material processing system, pet food forming system, drying system, seasoning system, and packaging system.
1. Raw Material Processing System: For small-scale pet food production lines, the configuration of the raw material processing system varies depending on the raw materials used by the manufacturer. If only powdered raw materials are used, a powder mixer is sufficient. However, if the raw materials include animal bones, fresh meat, etc., additional equipment such as a bone crusher and bone paste mill is required.
2. Forming System: Depending on the type of being produced, the forming system mainly uses extruders with expansion technology, and there are also a few cold pressing machines that use cold pressing technology. Based on the customer's actual situation, we can provide a choice of twin-screw pet food extruders, triple-screw extruders, or dual-color pet food extruders. The twin-screw pet food extruder is a mature and advanced process, while the triple-screw pet food extruder and dual-color pet food extruder are new patented products of our company. The triple-screw extruder is characterized by high production efficiency, and the dual-color pet food extruder, in addition to its production advantages, can produce dual-color pet food.
3. Drying System: For small-scale production lines, the typical configuration for the drying system is an electric oven. Compared to fuel, gas, or steam ovens, electric ovens are more convenient. However, for large-scale production lines, the production capacity of electric ovens may not meet the demand. In such cases, we will configure fuel, gas, or steam ovens according to customer requirements.
4. Seasoning System: This system can spray oil onto pet food and add seasonings. Common configurations include drum seasoning machines and vacuum spray machines.

4. Food-Grade Materials: All machines along the entire production line, especially those parts that come into contact with the material, are made from food-grade stainless steel and other food-grade materials.
5. Hot Air Recirculation Oven with Dehumidification: The oven includes a dehumidification function, which enhances drying efficiency.
6. Customization: The design is highly customizable. Based on the characteristics of the customer's factory, we develop scientifically sound and rational solutions to maximize the use of factory space and configure the most appropriate machinery.
