I. Production line overview
Capacity: standard design capacity 500 kg/h (can be adjusted according to the raw material formula).

Suitable products: sandwich puffed dog food, nutritionally fortified granular food, functional pet snacks, etc.

II. Process flow
1. Raw material pretreatment

Crushing and mixing system: evenly mix raw materials such as grains and meat powder.

2. Twin-screw extruder

Use the same-rotating twin-screw extruder with controllable temperature (90-150℃) to ensure uniform expansion of the outer layer of the grain.

3. Sandwich injection

The high-pressure core injection pump accurately injects liquid/semi-fluid fillings (such as meat paste and nutrient slurry) into the center of the puffed grain, and the filling rate can reach 15%-25%.

4. Cutting

Need to be cut with a cutting machine

5. Drying and cooling

Multi-layer belt dryer (temperature 40-80℃), retain the moisture of the filling and avoid the regeneration of the outer skin.

6. Surface spraying

Optional oil or attractant spraying to enhance palatability.

7. Automatic packaging

Supports weighing-filling-sealing integrated packaging, optional bagging or canning.
