Raw Material Preparation & Batching
The main raw materials include rice flour, corn flour, starch, and other cereal flours. According to the product formula, these raw materials are mixed in a precise ratio. For filled tube bars, the inner fillings (such as liquid cream, jam, or nut butter) need to be preheated to a fluid state to ensure smooth transportation. The mixed cereal raw materials are conveyed into the mixer by a screw conveyor, and appropriate auxiliary materials (water, edible oil, sugar, etc.) are added to fully stir into a uniform dough-like material, laying a solid foundation for stable extrusion molding.
Twin-Screw Extrusion & Tubular Shaping
The well-mixed dough is fed into the twin-screw extruder. Under the combined action of screw rotation extrusion and high-temperature heating of the barrel (temperature is generally controlled at 120-180℃), the material undergoes puffing reaction to form a fluffy tubular bar blank. A special mold is installed at the extruder head, and the blank is extruded through the mold into a hollow tubular structure, which not only ensures the crispy texture of the product but also reserves space for filling (if needed).
Filling (Optional for Filled Products) If producing filled chocolate-filled tube bars, the hollow tubular blanks will move at a constant speed on the conveyor belt. When passing through the filling injection system, the high-pressure pump accurately injects the pre-prepared fluid filling into the hollow cavity of the blanks. The filling amount can be freely adjusted through the PLC control system to ensure uniform filling content of each tube bar, avoiding defects such as "hollow" or "filling overflow".
Automatic Core Filling Process

The cut blanks have regular shapes and flat cuts; by replacing different molds, tube bars of different shapes (circular, square, special-shaped) can be produced to enrich product diversity.
Pre-Drying & Surface Treatment The cut tube bar blanks enter the continuous drying oven for pre-drying treatment. Through hot air circulation drying (temperature about 150-170℃), the excess moisture in the blanks is removed, making the surface dry and firm. This step not only enhances the crispness of the tube bars but also ensures that the subsequent chocolate coating can adhere firmly without melting due to excessive moisture.
Rapid Cooling & Solidification
The chocolate-filled tube bars immediately enter the rapid cooling tunnel. Under the action of low-temperature cold air circulation (temperature about 5-15℃), the chocolate coating is quickly solidified, ensuring the hardness and luster of the coating. The cooling time is precisely controlled (usually 3-8 minutes) to avoid cracking of the chocolate coating due to excessive temperature difference.
Sorting & Automatic Packaging
The cooled finished products pass through the vibrating sorting machine, which removes defective products with irregular shapes, uneven coatings, or unqualified weights to ensure the consistency of the finished products. Qualified chocolate-filled tube bars then enter the fully automatic packaging machine, which completes processes such as metering, nitrogen filling (to extend shelf life), sealing, and coding, and finally are packaged into bagged or boxed finished products ready for market circulation.
