1. Raw Material Selection & Mixing

2. Noodle Forming & Shaping

4. Cutting & Folding

5. Frying & Dehydration
The folded noodle blocks are sent to the Electricity Type Frying Machine for low-temperature frying and dehydration. The machine is equipped with a professional oil system including oil circulation, oil pump, oil tank and oil filtration, which realizes the uniform frying of noodle blocks. After frying, the noodle blocks form a perfect square or round shape, with a crisp and chewy taste, and the water content is controlled at the optimal level to ensure the long shelf life of the product. The frying machine has a production capacity of 10000~20000 pieces/8 hours, which can meet the large-scale market demand, and the automatic temperature and speed control ensure the consistency of the frying effect of each batch of products.
6. Rapid Cooling
The fried spinach noodle blocks are immediately transported to the Cooling Machine for rapid and uniform cooling. The equipment adopts multi-group cooling system and automatic shift conveying belt, which quickly reduces the temperature of the noodle blocks to room temperature, effectively preventing the noodle blocks from becoming soft and sticky due to high temperature accumulation, and maintaining the crisp taste of the noodle blocks. The rapid cooling process also avoids the loss of the unique spinach flavor in the noodle blocks, ensuring the original taste of the product.
7. Integrated Packaging
The cooled noodle blocks, together with the specially formulated spinach flavor seasoning powder and vegetable sauce, enter the professional packaging link for integrated packaging:
The noodle blocks are packaged by the GQ-350 Computer Control Fast Pillow Packaging Machine, with a packaging speed of 40~230 bags/min. It supports three-side, four-side and pillow sealing, and the packaging film has good air tightness, which can effectively prevent moisture and oxidation of the noodle blocks.
