Instant noodles machines are used for producing fried and non-fried instant noodles. Fried instant noodles are made by first mixing wheat flour, water, and other ingredients to form a dough. The dough is then formed into thin noodles and deep-fried in oil until they are crispy. After this, the noodles are cooled and then flavored with various seasonings and spices.
Non-fried instant noodles are made using a slightly different process. The dough is still extruded into thin noodles, but instead of frying, they are steamed to cook them. After steaming, the noodles are dried using a special drying process that removes all the moisture from them. The dried noodles can then be stored for a long time and rehydrated in hot water before consumption.
Both fried and non-fried instant noodles machines have similar components, such as the dough mixer, extruder, and cutting machine. However, the frying machine is only used in the production of fried instant noodles. The drying machine is also only used in the production of non-fried instant noodles.
