1.Product Introduction

The material is extruded into rice grains by a twin-screw process and dried in a rotary dryer to the required moisture content. The extrusion method can strengthen and solidify the trace elements in the rice. This artificial rice can be mixed with regular rice before cooking. After cooking, the rice grains will not be broken, and the stickiness, elasticity, and flavor of artificial rice are exactly the same as those of natural rice.

This line can be used to make artificial rice such as reconstituted rice, instant rice, fortified rice, and nutritious rice.
The Processing Line uses broken rice as its primary ingredient, along with corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, beans, starch, and a few additional vitamins and minerals.
The screws are made of alloy steel, have a building block system structure, and have a self-cleaning function. All the machines are made of stainless steel, and this line has a suitable design and high automation.
