Working Principle
The advanced extrusion process matched with the Pregelatinized Starch Production Line has unique technological principles and prominent application advantages in actual production. The wet starch raw material with a moisture content controlled at 15%-20% is continuously and stably conveyed into the twin-screw extruder. The strong friction and kneading effect generated during the operation of the equipment will produce internal heat of 120–160℃ inside the machine cavity. The whole gelatinization process does not need external heating and auxiliary heating equipment, which greatly reduces production energy consumption and operating costs. Under the action of high shear and high temperature environment, the crystal structure of starch particles is completely destroyed, and the starch is fully gelatinized in the closed machine cavity to complete the core α-type modification reaction.

Subsequently, the materials are processed through professional crushing, fine grinding and vibration screening procedures to obtain high-quality finished pregelatinized starch with uniform fineness and stable quality.
